Description

Our personalised heart ashes bracelet combines an engraved keepsake with a small compartment for a loved one’s or pet’s ashes. The front is personalised with your supplied handprint or footprint.

A child’s first footprint or the handprint of someone special can hold a whole story. Preserve their own print as a family keepsake or a personal reminder of a loved one.

The hollow urn pendant is designed to be self-filled. The ashes are held inside the pendant rather than engraved into its metal. Please follow the filling and sealing instructions supplied with your item.

A glue and funnel kit is offered separately through the product options.

Upload a clear photograph or scan of the handprint or footprint you would like engraved. We prepare your supplied print to suit the engraving area. Send faint or older prints for a free check before ordering.

Optional reverse engraving is available for an additional £5. Select your preferred personalisation when ordering.

Your image is engraved into the surface, with a subtle light-catching appearance that changes with the lighting and viewing angle.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery using one of our cleaning cloths.

Remove before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.

Apply perfume, lotions and hairspray before putting on your jewellery.

Store separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box. An airtight bag can help reduce silver tarnishing.

Treat chains and clasps gently and avoid pulling or bending them.

Avoid wearing bracelets and bracelet charms at your office job - the charms can rub against the desk whilst typing and scratch the metal.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a return and replacement.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Do you create custom pieces?

Yes absolutely! Infact many of our regular bestsellers were originally created as custom pieces for our customers. Please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Does this jewellery hold ashes?

Yes. This surgical steel design contains an internal compartment for a small amount of ashes, allowing it to be kept as a personal memorial keepsake.

Can you engrave an adult’s handprint or footprint?

Yes. These keepsakes can feature a child’s or an adult’s handprint or footprint. We use the print you supply and resize it to suit the engraving area.

What handprint or footprint image should I supply?

Send a clear photograph, scan or digital image of the existing print. The fingers or toes and the outline should be easy to distinguish from the background. You do not need to send the original paper; email an unclear print for checking before ordering.

Can you check my image before I order?

Yes. Email your image to info@gemzbyemz.co.uk for a free suitability check before ordering. You are welcome to send more than one image if you would like help choosing.

How is the ashes compartment accessed?

The urn opens at the bottom. A filling and sealing kit is available separately; check the available options or email us before ordering if you need help choosing it.

Do I need to send the ashes to you?

The urn is designed to be filled after you receive it. Contact us before ordering if you would like advice about the filling kit or ask your funeral director whether they can help you fill it.

Can the back also be engraved?

Yes. This design offers reverse engraving with text or a second image. Choose the required option and supply the wording or image for the back. Check the additional cost before ordering.

Is the bracelet adjustable?

Yes. This bracelet is adjustable and its urn charm measures approximately 18mm × 18mm. If you need a particular fit, email us before ordering.

How long will my personalised item take?

Our usual turnaround for engraved items is 3 working days before dispatch, followed by delivery. If you need your item for a wedding, birthday or another specific date, please email info@gemzbyemz.co.uk before ordering to check availability.
