Emma, founder of Gemz by Emz, brings her professional photography and photo-editing background to the preparation of your scan. Surrounding distractions and printed text on the scan are removed as part of the image preparation, keeping the focus on your baby.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery using one of our cleaning cloths.

Remove before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.

Apply perfume, lotions and hairspray before putting on your jewellery.

Store separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box. An airtight bag can help reduce silver tarnishing.

Treat chains and clasps gently and avoid pulling or bending them.

Avoid wearing bracelets and bracelet charms at your office job - the charms can rub against the desk whilst typing and scratch the metal.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a return and replacement.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Do you create custom pieces?

Yes absolutely! Infact many of our regular bestsellers were originally created as custom pieces for our customers. Please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Do I need to crop out my details from the scan?

No. Printed text and surrounding distractions are removed during image preparation. Upload a clear image and we will prepare it for engraving.

Can I add engraving to the back?

Yes. Select from the reverse engraving options displayed above. Any additional charge is shown before you add your necklace to the basket.

Can this be made as a baby memorial necklace?

Yes. Your ultrasound image can be used to create a personal keepsake in memory of your baby. If you would like advice about the image, please contact us before ordering.

Does it come gift boxed?

Yes. Your necklace arrives with a free gift box.

How quickly will my necklace be ready?

It is made and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Please allow additional time for delivery.
