Remove before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.

Store separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box. An airtight bag can help reduce silver tarnishing.

Treat chains and clasps gently and avoid pulling or bending them.

Avoid wearing bracelets and bracelet charms at your office job - the charms can rub against the desk whilst typing and scratch the metal.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a return and replacement.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Do you create custom pieces?

Yes absolutely! Infact many of our regular bestsellers were originally created as custom pieces for our customers. Please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

A clear scan with a recognisable outline of your baby usually gives the best results. Ultrasound images naturally vary in clarity, so some are more suitable for engraving than others.

Will You Use My Actual Baby Scan?

Yes. We use your uploaded ultrasound image rather than a generic baby scan. Your image is prepared and resized to fit the metal card inside the envelope.

Can I Use a Photograph of My Printed Scan?

Yes. Photograph it in good light, keeping the camera directly above the scan. Avoid reflections and make sure the image is in focus. You don’t need to send us the original.

What If I Have Several Scans to Choose From?

You’re welcome to send us your scans before ordering, and we’ll help you choose the image most suitable for engraving.

Can This Be a Keepsake in Memory of a Baby?

Yes. An ultrasound image can become a deeply personal keepsake in memory of a baby. If you would like help checking your image before ordering, please contact us .

Can You Use a Faded or Older Ultrasound Scan?

We may be able to prepare it for engraving, depending on how much detail remains visible. Please send us an image for checking before placing your order.

How Long Will It Take?
