Our paw print earrings turn your pet’s own paw print into a pair of small engraved keepsakes. The surgical steel design lets you carry a personal reminder in a subtle piece of jewellery.

Personalising your keepsake

Upload a clear image of your pet’s paw print. If you only have a photograph of their paw, send it for checking first so we can advise on the visible detail. Please avoid shadows across the pads.

A different image on each earring is available for an additional £5.

Your image is engraved into the surface, with a subtle light-catching appearance that changes with the lighting and viewing angle.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery using one of our cleaning cloths.

Remove before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.

Apply perfume, lotions and hairspray before putting on your jewellery.

Store separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box. An airtight bag can help reduce silver tarnishing.

Treat chains and clasps gently and avoid pulling or bending them.

Avoid wearing bracelets and bracelet charms at your office job - the charms can rub against the desk whilst typing and scratch the metal.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a return and replacement.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Do you create custom pieces?

Yes absolutely! Infact many of our regular bestsellers were originally created as custom pieces for our customers. Please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Will you use my pet’s own paw print?

Yes. Your keepsake is engraved using the paw print image you supply, making it personal to your dog, cat or another pet.

What paw-print image should I supply?

Send a clear photograph, scan or digital copy of an existing paw print, with the individual pads and outline visible. If the print is faint, smudged or partly missing, email it for checking before ordering.

Can you check my image before I order?

Yes. Email your image to info@gemzbyemz.co.uk for a free suitability check before ordering. You are welcome to send more than one image if you would like help choosing.

What size are the earrings?

The earrings are made from surgical steel and each measures approximately 12mm × 12mm. The engraving area is small, so a clear, simple image or short handwriting works best.

Can each of the earrings have a different image?

Yes. A different image can be engraved on each. Select that personalisation option and make clear which image belongs on each item; check any additional cost before ordering.

How long will my personalised item take?

Our usual turnaround for engraved items is 3 working days before dispatch, followed by delivery. If you need your item for a wedding, birthday or another specific date, please email info@gemzbyemz.co.uk before ordering to check availability.
