How do I take care of my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery using one of our cleaning cloths.

Remove before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.

Apply perfume, lotions and hairspray before putting on your jewellery.

Store separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box. An airtight bag can help reduce silver tarnishing.

Treat chains and clasps gently and avoid pulling or bending them.

Avoid wearing bracelets and bracelet charms at your office job - the charms can rub against the desk whilst typing and scratch the metal.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a return and replacement.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Do you create custom pieces?

Yes absolutely! Infact many of our regular bestsellers were originally created as custom pieces for our customers. Please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

What can I have engraved?

You can personalise this design using the photographs, handwriting, prints or text offered in its product options. Choose the engraving for each part of the item and make clear which image or wording belongs where.

Can you help me choose images for engraving?

Yes. Clear photographs, scans of handwriting and digital copies of prints can be sent for checking. Smaller engraving areas suit a simple image or short wording, so email your choices before ordering if you would like advice.

Can you check my image before I order?

Yes. Email your image to info@gemzbyemz.co.uk for a free suitability check before ordering. You are welcome to send more than one image if you would like help choosing.

What are the pendant size and chain options?

The surgical steel circle pendant measures approximately 10mm across. It is supplied with a sterling silver chain, with 16, 18 and 24 inch lengths listed.

Can I personalise the back of the pendant?

Yes. This design offers text or a second image on the reverse. Choose the required option and clearly identify the image or wording for each side; check any additional cost before ordering.

How long will my personalised item take?

Our usual turnaround for engraved items is 3 working days before dispatch, followed by delivery. If you need your item for a wedding, birthday or another specific date, please email info@gemzbyemz.co.uk before ordering to check availability.
