Description

Our personalised handwriting heart necklace is engraved with your own handwriting image. Keep a personal reminder close or give a keepsake with a meaning of its own.

Preserve a signature, a few words from a card or a handwritten note. We use the individual letter shapes in your supplied image, keeping the writing personal to the person who wrote it.

Personalising your keepsake

Upload a clear photograph or scan of the writing, taken straight on in even lighting. Keep your original card or letter safely at home. Shorter messages usually allow larger, clearer lettering.

Optional reverse engraving is available for an additional £5. Select your preferred personalisation when ordering.

Your image is engraved into the surface, with a subtle light-catching appearance that changes with the lighting and viewing angle.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery using one of our cleaning cloths.

Remove before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.

Apply perfume, lotions and hairspray before putting on your jewellery.

Store separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box. An airtight bag can help reduce silver tarnishing.

Treat chains and clasps gently and avoid pulling or bending them.

Avoid wearing bracelets and bracelet charms at your office job - the charms can rub against the desk whilst typing and scratch the metal.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a return and replacement.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Do you create custom pieces?

Yes absolutely! Infact many of our regular bestsellers were originally created as custom pieces for our customers. Please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Will you use the actual handwriting?

Yes. We prepare the handwriting from your photograph or scan for engraving, preserving its individual letter shapes and character. A signature or message from a card, letter or note can be used without sending the original document.

What handwriting image should I supply?

Photograph or scan the writing clearly, keeping the paper flat and the letters in focus. Tell us which words you would like engraved. Shorter messages are easier to read on small engraving areas; send faded or damaged writing for checking before ordering.

Can you check my image before I order?

Yes. Email your image to info@gemzbyemz.co.uk for a free suitability check before ordering. You are welcome to send more than one image if you would like help choosing.

Our usual turnaround for engraved items is 3 working days before dispatch, followed by delivery. If you need your item for a wedding, birthday or another specific date, please email info@gemzbyemz.co.uk before ordering to check availability.
