How do I take care of my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery using one of our cleaning cloths.

Remove before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.

Treat chains and clasps gently and avoid pulling or bending them.

Avoid wearing bracelets and bracelet charms at your office job - the charms can rub against the desk whilst typing and scratch the metal.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a return and replacement.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Do you create custom pieces?

Yes. We can engrave dog or cat paw prints, provided the image is suitable. If you have a print from another animal, please contact us so we can check it for you.

Can I Use a Paw Print Provided by My Vet?

Yes, provided it is clear enough for engraving. Simply upload a photograph, scan or digital copy of the print. You don’t need to send us the original.

What If the Paw Print Is Smudged or Incomplete?

We may be able to prepare it for engraving, depending on how much detail remains visible. Please send us your image for checking before ordering so we can advise on the result.

What If I Only Have a Photograph of My Pet’s Paw?

Please send it to us before ordering . A photograph of a paw is different from a paw print impression, so we’ll need to check whether it is suitable.

How Long Will It Take?

Our current turnaround is 3 working days before dispatch, although this may be longer during busy periods. If you need your necklace sooner, please contact us to check availability.
