Choose a clear, well-lit photograph with visible facial details. Avoid blurred images, heavy shadows and filters, and upload the original file where possible. Upload your photograph on your chosen product’s page before adding it to your basket. Follow the product’s guidance for the number of images required and any available engraving options. If you have trouble uploading, contact us for help before completing your order.

We can often improve old, faded or damaged photographs before engraving. The result depends on the detail remaining in the original image. Send us your photograph before ordering so we can check its suitability and advise on what can be achieved.

Some designs offer space for an additional engraved message. Check your chosen product’s personalisation options for availability, character limits and any additional cost. Contact us before ordering if you need advice on what will fit.

Our turnaround is three working days, followed by delivery. Your photo gift includes a free gift box and free UK tracked delivery. Please allow additional time for delivery after dispatch.
