Care Instructions
How do I take care of my jewellery?
Clean your jewellery using one of our cleaning cloths.
Remove before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.
Apply perfume, lotions and hairspray before putting on your jewellery.
Store separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box. An airtight bag can help reduce silver tarnishing.
Treat chains and clasps gently and avoid pulling or bending them.
Avoid wearing bracelets and bracelet charms at your office job - the charms can rub against the desk whilst typing and scratch the metal.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a return and replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
Do you create custom pieces?
Yes absolutely! Infact many of our regular bestsellers were originally created as custom pieces for our customers. Please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.
