How do I take care of my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery using one of our cleaning cloths.

Remove before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.

Apply perfume, lotions and hairspray before putting on your jewellery.

Store separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box. An airtight bag can help reduce silver tarnishing.

Treat chains and clasps gently and avoid pulling or bending them.

Avoid wearing bracelets and bracelet charms at your office job - the charms can rub against the desk whilst typing and scratch the metal.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a return and replacement.

Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Do you create custom pieces?

Yes absolutely! Infact many of our regular bestsellers were originally created as custom pieces for our customers. Please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Which pet photograph should I choose?

Choose an original image with your pet’s face sharp and well lit. Avoid heavy filters and cropped screenshots where possible. The detail available in your photograph determines the detail in the engraving.

Can you check my pet photograph before I order?

Yes. Use the free photo suitability check page to send your pet photograph before ordering. Emma can advise on the image and the most suitable design.

Can I add my pet’s name or another engraving?

Available engraving areas and paid extras depend on the design. Choose from the options shown on the product page and check all spelling before ordering.

How do I send more than one pet photograph?

For a design with several engraving areas, upload the images using the available fields and explain which image belongs on each area. Ask Emma for advice before ordering if you are unsure.

How will the pet photo engraving look?

The photograph is engraved into the surface. Its light-catching appearance changes with the lighting and viewing angle. Product mockups show an example and your finished design will use your own pet photograph.

How long will my order take?

Your order is normally made and dispatched within three working days once payment and all personalisation details have been received. Please allow additional time for delivery.

How do I care for my pet jewellery or gift?

Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Keep leather components dry. Follow the material-specific advice in the jewellery care guide.

Can I send a phone photograph?

Yes. Send the clearest original file you have. Emma can assess older or lower-resolution pictures and explain what detail is suitable for engraving.

Can I choose a different animal from the example?

Yes. The animal shown is an example. Each piece is personalised using the pet photograph you supply.
